The goal of the program is to connect individuals, couples, and families to urgently needed supplies, services, and supports as well as provide emergency assistance to those at-risk of or experiencing homelessness and/or food insecurity (housed or otherwise).
The Outreach team is mobile, 6 days a week, throughout the 5 municipalities that make up the area known as South Simcoe (Innisfil, Essa, Adjala-Tosorontio, Bradford/West Gwillimbury and New Tecumseth). The team makes regular stops at established locations in each municipality several times per week.
